The 48th General Meeting of the Newcastle Art Gallery Foundation was held on the 17th November in the Valerie & John Ryan Gallery of the reimagined Newcastle Art Gallery.
The meeting was attended by 50 members.
The AGM was preceded by an Extraordinary General Meeting to make some important changes to the Constitution to ensure the Foundation is fit for purpose to support a larger, more ambitious gallery.
The election of the Board of Directors for 2026 was led by Prue Viggers OAM and we are pleased to announce the Board for 2026 will be L to R: Ian Andrews, Cr Declan Clausen, Genevieve McMahon, Joshua Walsh (Treasurer), Dawn Mullane, Mark Stephens, Suzie Galwey (Chair). Not present, Lauretta Morton OAM and Rowena Talacko
