Emma O’Neill is a cultural consultant and leading arts manager working on Gadigal Land, Sydney, with over a decade’s experience working in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors across the Asia-Pacific. She is a passionate supporter of emerging and experimental practice and seeks to create pathways for audiences to access their work.
Former editor of Art Collector magazine, Festival Director of Art Month Sydney, Chairperson of Runway Journal and current peer assessor for The Australia Council of The Arts (2021-2024), she brings expertise in development, governance, best practice in the arts ecology, and long-term viability of cultural plans.
