A look behind the scenes of the reimagined Gallery

Feb 14, 2025

The Newcastle Art Gallery site is progressing towards its highly anticipated reopening in September.

We can see big changes on the exterior with the scaffolding coming down, the roof in place and the crane no longer on site, but what is happening inside?
We are pleased to share these new internal images with you.

Thank you to our donors and supporters for your contribution in bringing this long-awaited project to life. We look forward to celebrating the reimagined Gallery with you this year.
