Steven is a semi-retired small businessman with a background in Horticulture having spent most of his working life managing his own or other people’s businesses. During the last 12 years Steven has owned a busy Corporate & Event Floral business in Sydney’s CBD.
Steven has a long association with the Visual Arts and is a member of many Institution Foundations. His focus on philanthropy has always been driven by supporting artists and he maintains ongoing support for institutions vitally important to the whole arts ecosystem.
Steven holds a large collection of contemporary art by both Australian and International artists, the collection has been built in conjunction with his late partner Dr Clinton Ng over a period of their 20 years together.
Although retired, Steven continues to collect art, primarily Sculptural works for his farm in the Hunter Valley.
