Dawn Mullane

NAGF Board Secretary since 2016.

Dawn’s background is in business management, training and development.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Teaching and Training & Assessment qualifications and personality profiling accreditation (Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Motivators).  Her professional experience includes the design and facilitation of strategic planning, skills, interpersonal and team development workshops for public sector, corporate and not for profit organisations. She was employed by Hunter TAFE and worked in her own consultancy.

 Dawn’s volunteering includes Community representative, Newcastle University Medical Student selection interviews, (1985 – present). Chair, Newcastle Grammar School Art & Music committee (2000). Secretary/Treasurer, Centennial Park Local Advisory Committee (1983-2003).

Dawn brings skills in strategic planning, team building, decision making and implementation in addition to monitoring, evaluation, and planning.  She also brings experience in writing and training & development to the board.
