Dawn Mullane

Dawn’s background is in business management, training and development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Teaching and Training & Assessment qualifications and personality profiling accreditation (Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Motivators). Her professional experience includes the design and facilitation of strategic planning, skills, interpersonal and team development workshops for the public sector, corporate and not for profit organisations. She was employed by Hunter TAFE and worked in her own consultancy.

Dawn’s volunteering includes Community representative, Newcastle University Medical Student selection interviews, (1985 – present) Chair, Newcastle Grammar School Art & Music committee, (2000) Secretary/Treasurer, Centennial Park Local Advisory Committee (1983-2003).

Dawn brings skills in team building, consensus building, strategic thinking, decision making and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and planning, and experience in training & development and writing & editing to the Board.
