TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Newcastle Art Gallery Foundation (Foundation) makes every endeavour to ensure its events remain as advertised. The Foundation does however reserve the right to modify the events as necessary. This includes artists, prices venues, seating and catering arrangements and audience capacity. Please note that ticket holders are required to comply with all security arrangements to the event and venues.

CANCELLATIONS

INFORMATION IN THE EVENT OF COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS BEING IN PLACE

* If there are Covid 19 restrictions on the number of people attending an event, mask wearing, or square metre distance restrictions are in place on the 23rd September 2021, the event will be cancelled.
* If the event is cancelled a refund will be provided through your credit card.
* If the event is cancelled the Foundation may, with agreement of the artist postpone to a new date.  If postponed the Foundation will contact you to ask if you wish to attend on the new date.

EVENTS OUTSIDE THE GALLERY

Please note that for the events outside the Gallery there may be:

• Uneven surfaces, stairs, difficult terrain, the presence of liquids,

And that:

• appropriate footwear should be worn at all times

• The Foundation has the right to refuse service to those who are intoxicated
